Jammu: Chairman of J&K Branch of ICAI Vinay Jamwal, along with other members of the Managing Committee, on Tuesday met the Union Finance and Corporate Affairs Minister Nirmala Sitharaman in presence of Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha at Raj Bhawan.
The delegation discussed the specific issues pertaining to the Chartered Accountants of J&K UT.
Among other matters, the delegation also apprised the Finance Minister and the Lieutenant Governor about the creation of vacancies and appointment of Chartered Accountants in the Local PSUs and government departments.
The Union Minister took note of the concerns of the delegation and assured to look into the matter.
