Two persons were injured in a road accident on Srinagar-Leh highway in Kangan on Wednesday.
Officials said that an Indica car bearing registrationnumber JK01M- 2914 collided with a Tata Mobile bearing registration numberJK15-1135 at Wussan, resulting in injuries to two persons travelling in thecar.
One of the injured persons has been identified as ShowkatAhmad Bhat of Bohri Kadal Srinagar.
Officials said the injured were shifted to nearby hospitalwhere from they were referred to SKIMS Srinagar.
Police have taken cognizance of the accident.
