Tensions are high between the two countries followingtit-for-tat air strikes over past couple of days.
Hinting at de-escalation in the region, the US PresidentDonald Trump on Thursday said he has some “reasonably decent” newsfrom India and Pakistan.
“We have reasonably attractive news from Pakistan andIndia. They have been going at it and we have been involved in trying to havethem stop. We have been in the middle trying to help them both out,” Trumpsaid at a news conference in Vietnam after a second summit with North Koreanleader Kim Jong Un.
“Hopefully its going to be coming to an endsoon,”he added. However, he did not elaborate beyond this.
