In a scintillating contest during annual football league, JKSPDC-XI held Real Kashmir FC to 1-1 draw in the match of premier division at Synthetic Turf TRC ground here on Sunday.
The match between J&K State Power Development CorporationFootball Club (JKSPDC-XI) and Real Kashmir FC turned out to be a scintillatingcontest as both teams displayed quality football on the day. In the first half,no team was able to score a goal. In the second half, JKSPDC XI was first toscore goal through Mohammad Inam. Seeing themselves down, Real Kashmir FC wentfor full fledged offence. They were able to score equalizer in the dyingminutes of the game. The match ended in 1-1 draw.
Earlier in super division league at the same venue, threematches were played. Rahim Green FC defeated Jehlum Sports by 2 -0 goals infirst match while as in second match, Lonestar KFC defeated Jahangir Sports by2-0. In the third match Real Kashmir U-18 defeated J&K SRTC XI by asolitary goal.
Meanwhile, six matches of senior and junior division wereplayed at Polo Ground. In the first match of senior division, Qamarwari FCdefeated Radpora FC by 2-0 goals while as second match Kashmir United FCdefeated Rangreth FC by 1-0. In the third match which was of junior division SrinagarCity United and Alamdar Sports Gopalpora played goalless draw while as infourth match Valley United FC defeated North FC by 2-0 goals. In the fifthmatch Shariafabad FC defeated National Dalgate by 2-0 goals. Last match of theday played at Polo Ground was between Zabarwan Hawks and MajidBagh FC in whichZabarwan emerged as winner by 3-0 goals.
