Srinagar, Feb 2: The Honorary Doctorate Award Council, approved by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India, has conferred an honorary doctorate on Dr Abdul Haleem Zubair Ahmad Bhat, known as Dr Zubair Tahiri.

Additionally, he has been registered as a life member of the World Human Rights Protection Commission.
