Srinagar, Mar 7: PDP constituency incharge Habba Kadal Arif Laigaroo has greeted people on the auspicious occasion of Maha Shivratri.
In his message he said that the festival of Maha Shivratri has both religious and cultural importance. Laigaroo hoped that the day strengthens the atmosphere of peace, progress and development besides the bonds of brotherhood among the people.
