Srinagar June 19: A gunfight broke out in Damhal Hanjipora area of south Kashmir’s Kulgam district on Sunday.
“#Encounter has started at D.H Pora area of #Kulgam. Police and Army on job. Further details shall follow,” a police spokesman said.
The encounter started after security forces cordoned the area following a tip off.
Another encounter is underway in Lolab area of north Kashmir’s Kupwara district.
