Srinagar, Dec 28: A 4-year-old boy was mowed down by a car in Gutlipora area of north Kashmir’s Kupwara district on Tuesday afternoon, officials said.
Quoting the officials, news agency GNS reported that one Arafath Ahmad Ahanger, son of Jaffar Ahmad Ahanger was hit by the car bearing registration number JK01M 9404 resulting in his on the spot death.
A police official confirming the incident told GNS that the driver managed to flee from the spot.
