Srinagar, Sep 24: The J&K Civil Engineering Graduates Associations has expressed grief over the death of Er. Altaf Ahmad Chhakk, Assistant Executive Engineer PMGSY Sub Division Kangan Ganderbal.
Er. Altaf Ahmad Chhakk died in a tragic accident while inspecting the work on a road which is under construction by PMGSY department. A JKCEGA statement said that entire engineering fraternity was in deep shock over the demise.
