An international delegation of 13 officers from General Directorate of Extension, Ministry of Agriculture, Irrigation and Livestock of Afghanistan visited KVK Kulgam today for the field experience and an interaction with KVK Scientists in the district.
Programme Co-ordinator KVK Kulgam, Dr Tasneem Mubarak deliberated on various agricultural extension approaches being followed by the KVK for dissemination of proven agricultural technologies to the farmers, a statement issued by the Kendra said. Delegates also interacted with the scientist of Kendra during the visit.
The delegation was accompanied by the scientists of Directorate of Extension SKAUST-K. A field visit of the demonstration units was also carried out during the programme.
