Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Monday said that all disputes could be resolved only through talks.
Kumar was speaking at an event organized by the Poeples Democratic Party (PDP) to commemorate the second death anniversary of former Chief Minister and the party founder Mufti Muhammad Sayeed in Jammu.
Kumar said that confrontation would not solve anything. “All disputes could be resolved only through talks,” he said.
