Abdul Aziz Najar passes away

Kashmir-based industrialists have expressed sorrow over the demise of prominent industrialist of south Kashmir and industry leader Abdul Aziz Najar who breathed his last on Sunday after a brief illness. 

The deceased was running a furniture manufacturing unit “Sunshine Industries” at Industrial Estate Anatnag, said a statement issued here. 

Abdul Aziz represented the estate several times as its president. He had also served the Federation of Chambers of Industries (FCIK)  a several times selflessly with utter honesty and dedication, the statement said. 

Paying rich tributes to the deceased,  President FCIK Mukhtar Yousuf described him as selfless activist who had dedicated himself for the cause of industrial promotion and development across the valley.

Former President FCIK, Shakeel Qalander also paid tributes to late Najar and remembered  hard efforts put in by him for the unity of industrial fraternity. He said that the role of the deceased in growth and development of industry cannot be forgotten. The industrial community has conveyed its heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family while praying for the eternal peace of the deceased. A delegation led by FCIK president visited house of deceased on Monday and paid condolences.
