Srinagar Aug 2: A grenade blast occurred near a police post under the jurisdiction of Police Station Gool in J&K’s Ramban district on Tuesday, officials said.
In an official press statement, ADGP Jammu Mukesh Singh said that the Jammu Kashmir Ghaznavi Force (JKGF) has claimed responsibility of the blast in a purported letter recovered by the police.
He said the SOG and Army teams have launched a search operation to nab the accused even as a case has been registered and probe is underway.
