A husband-wife duo and their daughter were amongfour persons killed after a cab rolled down into a gorge in Ukhral tehsil of Rambandistrict in Jammu and Kashmir on Saturday.
Reports said a vehicle coming back from Shravadharyatra in Pogal-Paristan met with an accident and rolled down into a gorge nearBinjoni area of Senabatti in the district.
They said Surjeet Singh (50) and his wife KoshaliaDevi – both residents of Koot Pogal – were declared dead on arrival at PHCUkhral. Their daughter, Neelam Devi (20) and another girl identified as AnuDavi, daughter of Ashok Singh succumbed at a hospital, said an official.
Two others, including the driver, injured in themishap, were shifted to district hospital Ramban where from they were referredto GMC&H Jammu for specialised treatment. They were identified as Pawan Singhand Priya Davi.
