Baramulla: In view of the surge in the Covid 19 positive cases, two areas in Baramulla – Jetty colony Khawjabagh and Village PathlaKanispora- have been declared as micro containment zones by the administration.
An official said that several Covid 19 positive cases were found there.
Following the order, there will be complete restrictions in the containment zones. The restrictions include complete lockdown and tight perimeter control except for essential needs. Besides, movement of the people in and out in the containment zones had been completely barred.
The authorities have also made testing and vaccination mandatory for the residents of the containment zones and those who do not follow the order will face action.
