Medical camp organised in Asham village

Hajin, Feb 17: Under the Civic Action Programme of the Central Reserve Police Force, a free medical camp was organised by the 45th Battalion of CRPF at the Government Boys High School in Asham in Bandipora, a spokesperson said.

The camp was inaugurated by PRI Nisar Ahmad, in the presence of Apoorwa, the Commandant of the 45th Battalion, and other officers of the CRPF.

The camp was assisted by Dr Abdul Rasheed and his team from the Community Health Centre (CHC) of Asham, and Dr Syed Afaq Ahmad Shah and Dr Saima Gani, the General Duty Medical Officers (GDMOs) of the 45th Battalion.

Abdul Rashid Khan, Sarpanch of Asham alongwith Irshad Ahmad Ganai, HeadMaster of Govt. Boys High School Asham and other dignitaries of the area were also present on the occasion.

A total of 346 villagers, including men and women, received medical benefits during the programme. The local residents expressed their gratitude and appreciation for the event organised by the CRPF.
