Jammu and Kashmir High Court has asked the applicants, who have applied for post of district judge (direct quota) to remove the deficiency, within ten days, from the issuance of this notification.
As per acommunication, in continuation to notification number H6O/GS dated 05-11-2018,it has been found that some applicants , who had applied for post of districtjudge (direct quota) have been found deficient in certain respects, therelevant defects have been shown against their respective names.

It is notified that application forms of the applicantsnamely Aijaz Maqbool Wani and Tariq Mujahid are rejected due to reason thatthey are overage. Further, the application of Jawaid Abdullah is accepted,subject to the outcome of the SWP No.2709/2018 filed by him.
The applications of the below mentioned applicants, who haveapplied under RBA category, are accepted subject to the condition that theyshall produce their valid category certificates on or before the date ofinterview/ viva voce. The applicants are: Muhammad Sadiq Dar, Rajeev Kumar Chuni, Asheesh Singh Kotwal, Arshid Parvaizand Amit Prakash Sehgal.
