Srinagar May 10: A second militant was killed in an ongoing gunfight in Kreeri Dooru area of south Kashmir’s Anantnag district on Tuesday, police said.
“AnantnagEncounterUpdate: 01 more #terrorist killed (Total 02). Operation in progress. Further details shall follow, ” a police spokesman said.
The encounter broke out after security forces cordoned the area following a tip off about the presence of militants there.
