A gunfight broke out between the militants and the securityforces in Handwara area of north Kashmir’s Kupwara district on Saturday, policesaid.
“Encounter has started at #Chanjmullah area of #Handwara.Police and security forces are on the job. Further details shall follow,” saida police spokesman on Twitter.
In another encounter that was underway in Pulwama districtsince today morning two militants were killed.
