Bandipora, Jul 17 : Shikari village in Tulail area of Gurez is without basic facilities causing immense hardships to villagers.
Residents told KNO that the village lacks proper road connectivity, healthcare facility, electricity, mobile connectivity and potable water supply.
According to the locals, the village health centre has been closed for years now and the staff rarely shows up.
