Jama’at-e-Islami Jammu and Kashmir has condemned killings of a civilian in Khudwani area of Kulgam.
“We condemn use of power by the army upon a peaceful protesting mob which resulted in the death of a budding youth Khalid Ahmad Dar of Khudwani and injuries to two other local youth.
The Kashmiris have been witnessing such bestial actions by the forces resulting in the death of thousands of Kashmiri youth and injuries to a numberless person including men, women and children.
These types of merciless actions are increasing day by day,” Jama’at said in a statement.
“Jama’at-e-Islami expresses solidarity with the bereaved family of Khalid Ahmad Dar and wishes an early recovery of the injured. Further, Jama’at pays homage to Farhan Ahmad Wani and expresses sympathy with his family and relatives,” the statement said.
