The Jammu and Kashmir government Thursday appointed Preet Pal Singh as the first Chief Conservator of Forests (CCF), Ladakh.
An order issued from the Forest, Ecology and Environmentdepartment read, “Sanction has been accorded for the appointment of Preet PalSingh as Chief Conservator of Forests, Ladakh, headquartered at Leh. Theappointment has been made on the recommendations of Governor Satya Pal Malik.”
