Bandipora, June 27: The Deputy Commissioner (DC) Bandipora, Dr Owais Ahmad handed over cheques of Rs three lakh to the next of kin (NoKs) of road accident victims as full relief for the two and interim relief for the three cases.
The assistance was provided under the JK Road Accident Victim Fund. Assistant Regional Transport Officer Bandipora, Bilal Ahmad Mir said the relief was provided to 17 NoKs of five deceased persons.
