Terming triple talaq Bill as an infringement into the religious affairs of Muslims, chairman People’s Democratic Front, Hakeem Yaseen, Tuesday opposed it passing.
In a statement, Yaseen said, “I strongly oppose the tripletalaq Bill passed by the Rajya Sabha today (Tuesday) amid stiff opposition. TheBill is against the Sharia law and against the welfare of both men and women.”
