Srinagar, Oct 9: Two cops were injured after militants fired upon a police party in Manzgam area of south Kashmir’s Kulgam district on Saturday.
News agency GNS while quoting official sources, reported that the two injured policemen were shifted to nearby hospital for treatment. The identity of the cops was not immediately known.
The area has been cordoned off to nab the fleeing militants.
