Srinagar May 25: A soldier was injured in a mine blast in the Mankote sector along the Line of Control in Poonch district of Jammu and Kashmir on Wednesday.
Quoting official sources, news agency GNS reported that the soldier has been identified as NK Ajay Kumar who sustained multiple injuries on both legs in the blast.
Confirming it, a police officer told GNS that the soldier has been evacuated to Command Hospital (Udhampur) by helicopter.
