Jammu: J&K Pradesh Congress Committee president, Vikar Rasool Wani today said that the BJP cannot run away from the owning responsibility for the mess in Jammu and Kashmir.
He was speaking at a one day convention in Kathua district which was organised by Kathua district President, Pankaj Dogra and working president of JKPCC Raman Bhalla with other leaders were also present.
