Uniting all communities for inclusive progress: Azad

Jammu, Feb 19: Former Chief Minister and Chairman Democratic Progressive Azad Party (DPAP) Ghulam Nabi Azad today said that he is uniting all communities for inclusive progress.

According to a press release he was addressing a party function here. Social activist Gauri Shankar from Bani constituency officially joined DPAP. “The overwhelming response from the people reflects their trust in DPAP’s commitment to transparent and accountable governance. I will continue to serve the people with honesty and diligence to further strengthen the party’s foothold in the region,” Azad said.

He lauded Shankar’s selfless efforts in providing free medical assistance to individuals regardless of caste or religion. “This dedication to serve the humanity embodies the values DPAP stands for, making Gauri Shankar an invaluable addition to the party. His decision to join DPAP signifies a significant step forward in the party’s growth and presence in the Jammu region,” Azad said.

Recognising Gauri Shankar’s significant influence in the Bani constituency, Azad expressed confidence in DPAP’s electoral prospects with his inclusion.

Among others who were present on the ocassion were General secretary R S Chib, Provincial president Jugal Kishore Sharma, and Chief spokesperson Salman Nizami.
