ADGP Armed J&K AK Chaudhary today congratulated Sub-Inspector Rashid Ahmed Chaudhary of J&K Armed Police who successfully qualified International Referee Exam in fencing.
The exam was conducted by the fencing confederation of Asia at Dubai (UAE). In this exam 50 participants from 40 countries participated out of which SI Rashid Ahmed of India stood third in Sabre Event list.
It is pertinent to mention here that SI Rashid Ahmed Chaudhary has also been conferred with Sher-i-Kashmir award in 2013, State Award in 2014 and DGP Medal and commendation in 2015 for his outstanding performance in the sports.
Staff Officer to ADGP Armed J&K Muhammad Yaseen Kichloo and Sports Officer APHQ J&K Majid Mehboob who were present on the occasion also congratulated Rashid Ahmed Chaudhary for his brilliant success and remarkable achievement in the arena of sports.
