Srinagar: Jammu and Kashmir Bank’s Chairman and Managing Director, RK Chhibber today felicitated Bank’s football team for pocketing yet another title to their credit.
As per the statement issued here, the latest addition to the trophy cabinet comes after Bank overpowered J&K Power Development Corporation (PDC) XI by 5-2 in the summit clash of the maiden edition of Positive Kashmir KO Football Tournament played at Synthetic Turf TRC Ground, Srinagar.
It saidtl that the felicitation ceremony held here at Bank’s Corporate Headquarters, was attended by top bank officials including Executive President, Presidents and Vice-Presidents besidesthe members of the winning team and support staff.
Calling Bank’s team as one of the premier sides in domestic football circuit, CMD congratulated them for delivering title winning performance.
“You all have made us proud. Your talent and passion is unmatched which was on display in the finals by coming from a goal behind twice to win the trophy comprehensively in the end. Bank’s management will keep supporting and backing those who take pride in wearing bank’s logo on their sleeves,” he said.
