J&K will be hosting seventh edition of Icestock Sports Championship 2020-21 at famous ski resort Gulmarg, the official statement said on Monday.
It said they event would commence from January 28 and will culminate on January 31. It added the event would be held for all age groups including males and females.
The event will be organised by Indian Icestock Sports Federation with support from J&K Tourism department and Gulmarg Development Authority jointly, it said.
It mentioned entries from 20 states across the country have been received, besides SOPs issued by Ministry of Sports, Government of India will be fully followed during the event. Meanwhile, the statement added during the event selection of players for 2nd edition of Khelo India National Winter Games 2021 would be also be conducted.
