Kashmir witnessed its first snowfall of the season as the mountains of Razdan Pass and Gulmarg’s Affarwat both in north Kashmir, were covered in snow flurry Sunday morning.
Razdan Pass which connects rest of Kashmir to the hinterland of Gurez remains open for vehicular traffic, however.

Gurez, located near the Line of Control, relies heavily on this pass for essential supplies and travel.
