A Delhi court on Wednesday allowed Enforcement Directorate(ED) to quiz Altaf Shah, son-in-law of separatist leader Syed Ali Shah Geelani, and others in connection with a funding case involving.
Special judge Rakesh Syal allowed the agency to question Shah, Zahoor Watali, an influential businessman and Naval Kishore Kapoor, a UAE-based businessman. The court said the ED would get three days between March 24 and April 5 to quiz Shah, Watali and Kapoor, who were arrested by the National Investigation Agency (NIA) and are lodged in Tihar jail.
