Jammu, Mar 1: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha today released a book titled “Abrogation of Article 370-Supreme Court’s Landmark Judgement” written by Prof Hari Om, at Raj Bhawan, an official press release said. The Lt Governor congratulated the author for his notable work and extended his best wishes.
