Srinagar, May 31: National Conference (NC) President Farooq Abdullah Monday expressed sympathies with the editor and owner of Urdu weekly Awami Moazin Gulzar Bhat on the demise of his father and CPI member Muhammad Yousuf Bhat Nakashi of Shopian, who breathed his last at SKIMS earlier today.
In his condolence message, Abdullah prayed for the peace to the departed soul and strength to the bereaved family to bear the inconsolable loss.
He also expressed sympathies with the bereaved, particularly GulzarBhat in their hour of grief and loss.
Abdullah prayed for fortitude to them in the difficult time.
NC spokesman Imran Nabi Dar also expressed sympathies with GulzarBhat in his hour of grief and prayed for the peace to the departed in the highest echelons of Jannat.
The NC president made a telephonic call to GulzarBhat and expressed condolences with him and shared his grief and prayed for peace to the departed.
