Jammu, June 5: The Department of Disaster Management, Relief, Rehabilitation and Reconstruction Saturday granted permission to the opening of barber shops, salons, and parlours for four days in a week in Poonch and Kishtwar districts.
“In Poonch and Kishtwar districts, barber shops, saloons, and parlours are permitted to open on four days in a week except on Saturdays and Sundays as per the days notified by the concerned Deputy Commissioners,” reads the State Executive Committee’s decision following review of the Covid situation in J&K.
