Srinagar: In observance of ‘Beti Bachao Beti Padhao’ abhiyan launched by Ministry of Women and Child Development, Government of India, a ‘Nukkad Natak’ (street play) on the theme “Save Girl Child” was today held at Lal Ded Hospital, Srinagar.
The ‘Nukkad Natak’ organised by DIPR’s Cultural Unit Srinagar in collaboration with Mehak Dramatic Club was held to generate awareness about the growth of girl child in a healthy environment with thrust on their health and education.
